Deliverables

A pre-event carousel introduced Serco's presence and the Earth Observation panel.

A panel takeaways post distilled the three key messages from the 'Evolving Needs and Capabilities for Earth Observation' session.

A thought leadership article by the Managing Director, extending the conversation beyond the event dates

Execution

Seven LinkedIn posts across four formats, published over three weeks from pre-event through post-event, each serving a different purpose in the campaign.

A keynotes carousel captured highlights from EU Commissioner Kubilius, ESA Director General Aschbacher, and Cyprus Deputy Minister Damianou.

Two executive video interviews — scripted, filmed, edited, and subtitled — drove the highest reach and engagement of the campaign.

Each included a question designed to prompt discussion: one on cross-sector applications of Earth Observation data, the other on what keeps mission performance consistent across multi-team operations. Both generated substantive comment threads from industry experts.

  • 7 posts across 4 formats: carousels, executive video interviews, a static image, and a thought leadership article

  • On-site at the conference in Brussels, producing all photography, video, and real-time content

  • End-to-end video production for two executive interviews: scripting, filming, editing, subtitling

  • Carousel design using on-site photography for pre-event preview, keynote highlights, panel takeaways, and team presence

  • Each video post included a question designed to spark discussion among industry experts

A recap carousel showcased the Serco team on the ground and the key moments from the two days in Brussels.

Community activation – content that sparked conversation

Both video posts included a strategic question in the caption to prompt discussion among subject-matter experts.

The Business Development Director video asked which non-space sectors stand to benefit most from Earth Observation data. The comments generated real conversation around water infrastructure, climate monitoring, urban planning, and insurance — and one comment from a construction sector partner led directly to a business development lead.

The Managing Director video asked what keeps mission performance consistent when multiple teams are involved. Experts working on EarthCARE, Copernicus, Sentinel-1, and BIOMASS shared operational insights in the comments, creating authentic thought leadership content from Serco's own network.
